The L6060W is a new folding quadcopter featuring WiFi FPV, altitude hold, one key return, flip mode, headless mode, and up to 10 minutes of advertised flight time.
Design wise this thing is just jumping on the folding quadcopter bandwagon and not really improving on much. The arms themselves use latches to lock/unlock and can be folded into the body when not in use.
The camera is mounted to the bottom of the quadcopter on an adjustable angle so you can face forward or face the camera straight down. Video quality is 720p and even though it is WiFi FPV video is recorded to a microSD card.
Recording to a microSD card gives us a higher video quality than if it was recording straight to your phone like many other WiFi FPV quadcopters.
Altitude hold is another feature that is going to compliment the WiFi FPV allowing you to focus more on maneuvering and less on micro managing throttle over a delay.
The transmitter included with this quadcopter is very compact with easily labeled buttons, flat style control sticks, and a built in phone holder for use with WiFi FPV.
Conclusion:
The L6060W is nothing really new to anyone so I can’t say that it is some amazing breakthrough. That being said it is not a bad looking quadcopter and the adjustable microSD capable camera combined with altitude hold makes for a great combination. Click the button below to pick one up for yourself.
